Executive Director
Our Chief Pathmaker / Executive Director leads the daily work of Leaders of Today. This role oversees programs, supports students, guides volunteers, and helps carry out the mission of developing strong young leaders. The Executive Director manages operations, builds partnerships, implements board goals, and ensures every initiative moves the organization forward. They help create a culture of leadership, service, and impact throughout Leaders of Today.
Jordan Reeves - Founder / Chief Pathmaker
Jordan Reeves is the Founder and Chief Pathmaker of Leaders of Today. A graduate of the Central Ohio Leadership Academy (COLA), Jordan started Leaders of Today with a vision to help high-school students step into leadership with confidence, purpose, and impact.
He also serves as an Airport Operations Coordinator at John Glenn Columbus International Airport, where his love for aviation and teamwork meets his passion for problem-solving.
Jordan is a writer and storyteller at heart. Through his blog, and the Leaders of Today Podcast, he shares what he’s learning about leadership, faith, and intentional living. His goal is simple: help people grow, lead well, and take their next step forward.
Jordan lives in Columbus with his wife, Sadie, and is committed to building a life marked by generosity, service, and everyday leadership.
President
Our Board President helps guide the direction of Leaders of Today. Working with the Executive Director and board members, the President helps set goals that keep the organization mission-focused and moving forward. They lead board and committee meetings, support board members in their work. The President helps create alignment, encourages collaboration, and keeps Leaders of Today focused on serving students well.
Faith Strapp - Jack of all Trades
Faith was born and raised in Columbus Ohio. She is a two time tOSU graduate with her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Social Work. Since graduation, Faith has found her passion in school-based therapy. She loves learning about how experience can shape a person and using that knowledge to create an inclusive environment around her through many therapeutic modalities.
Treasurer
Our Treasurer oversees the financial management of Leaders of Today. They help track income and expenses, manage cash flow, and ensure our records stay accurate and up to date. The Treasurer works with the Executive Director and Board to provide clear financial reports and helps make sure the organization remains responsible, transparent, and financially healthy.
Jeremy Reeves - Money Mamba
Jeremy is a banker at Heatland bank. He is also a high School track coach. Jeremy is devoted to helping the youth in Columbus become the best selves that they can be.
Secretary
Our Secretary helps keep Leaders of Today organized and on track. They record meeting minutes, maintain important documents, and make sure our records stay accurate and accessible. The Secretary supports the Board and Executive Director by keeping information organized so the organization can operate smoothly and stay focused on its mission.
Josh Mitchell - The Chatty Chaplin
Joshua Mitchell is a public speaker, educator, and proud Ohio State Buckeye. He attended The Ohio State University to pursue a Bachelors degree in Communications Analysis and Engagement and serves as a tutor and after school program lead at Columbus Academy. As a Leaders of Today board member, he coordinates student and mentor recruitment. In his free time Josh enjoys teaching drum lessons, writing and performing poetry, coaching and playing basketball, and co-hosting a podcast. With a focus on youth development, he is grateful to pay forward the investment his community has made in him through Leaders of Today.
Immediate Past President
Our Immediate Past President supports the Board and President by providing guidance, history, and continuity from the previous term. They help keep Leaders of Today mission-focused by sharing past experience, offering advice when needed, and helping new board members understand how we operate. The Immediate Past President stays involved in major decisions, supports transitions, and helps ensure the organization continues to grow year after year.
Madison Voinovich - The Helping Hand
Madison is a founding board member of Leaders of Today, previously serving as both Vice-President (2021-2023) and President (2023-2025). She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.A. in Psychology and minors in Human Nutrition and Substance Misuse & Addiction. Madison is currently a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at West Virginia University and an Arlen G. and Louise Stone Swiger Fellowship recipient. Through her time with Leaders of Today, she has seen the impact young voices have on driving meaningful community change, and is a firm believer that young people can lead today for a better tomorrow.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors helps guide the mission and direction of Leaders of Today. Board members support the Executive Director, provide oversight, and help make key decisions that keep the organization healthy and focused on serving students. They use their skills, experience, and leadership to support programs, strengthen partnerships, and ensure Leaders of Today continues to grow and make an impact in the community.

Gigi Bix
Passionate Peacemaker
Gigi is a student of The Ohio State University (tOSU) pursuing her B.A in Public Affairs, with minors in Civic Engagement and International Business. Outside of Leaders of Today, Gigi serves as the president of Students for Better Schools and futures, education advocacy club at tOSU, and is a recent TedX speaker. She is passionate about showing students their full potential, and instilling in them that they are capable of great things.

Allie Grosik
Boho Queen
Allie is an author, youth leader, and YouTuber with a background in counseling. She loves thrifting, reading, traveling, and all things artsy. She is passionate about helping students of all ages reach mental, social/emotional, and spiritual wellness.

Issy Peterson
Social Sensei
As a lifelong leader, her passion for leadership began in 2017 after doing mission work in the Dominican Republic. There she discovered her love for working closely with people, especially young people, and dreams of helping anyone she can. She has taken the leadership skills she has developed throughout the years and implemented them into her daily life.
