About the Conference
The Leaders of Today Conference brings together 30 of Central Ohio’s most motivated student leaders for a one-day experience designed to help them grow, connect, and lead with confidence.
Students will learn directly from local executives, entrepreneurs, and community mentors through hands-on workshops, improv sessions, and networking opportunities that prepare them to make a difference—today.

Doors open and check-in begins at 8:30 AM. The main program runs from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Business professional attire is recommended. Dress as you would for an important interview or presentation—something that makes you feel confident, capable, and ready to lead.

No, transportation is not provided. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the event.

Yes! Teachers and chaperones are welcome—and encouraged—to stay for the conference. It’s a great opportunity to see the sessions, connect with community leaders, and support their students’ leadership journey.

The Leaders of Today Alumni Network is a community of past participants who continue to stay connected, grow as leaders, and give back by helping with future events and programs. Many of our alumni return to volunteer at conferences, mentor new students, and support upcoming initiatives.
