Our Team

Executive Director

Our Executive Director is the leader of Leaders of Today. He is the manager of leaders of today and is the everyday operator of the organization. Jordan along with the Board of Directors makes decisions about how the organization should operate. 

Jordan Reeves - Founder / Chief Pathmaker

Jordan is the founder and current Executive Director of Leaders of Today Central Ohio. Jordan serves his Central Ohio community by sitting on various boards around the area including multiple civic associations and local nonprofit organizations. Jordan has a passion for students and has a mission to tell students all across the country to dream big and let them know that they are the Leaders of Today.

President

​In consultation with the executive director and board members, the board president sets short- and long-term goals to ensure the organization is mission-centered and outcome-oriented. The President leads our committee meetings and also communicates what goes on in meetings with the Executive Director.

Madison Voinovich - The Helping Hand

Madison is a Junior at Ohio State University. Madison is majoring in Psychology and minoring in Human Nutrition. Madison also works in research at tOSU exploring mindfulness and integrative therapies as well as oncology care. 

Vice-President

Working with the board of directors and other senior executives of the organization, the vice president plans, and develops policies and objectives for the organization to ensure it maintains its values and meets established goals. The Vice-President's job is to assist the President and assumes all of the responsibilities as president in the Presidents absence.

Josh Mitchell - Chatty Chaplin

​Josh is currently a Senior at Ohio State. He is majoring in social work because he has a passion to work with underprivileged children. 

Treasurer

A nonprofit treasurer is the lead board director of financial management and oversight. The Treasurer manages cash flow and reconciles bank statements.

Jeremy Reeves - Money Mamba

Jeremy is a banker at Heatland bank. He is also a high School track coach. Jeremy is devoted to helping the youth in Columbus become the best selves that they can be.

Secretary

Our Secretary helps keeps records of what goes on in our organization. This includes meeting minutes, corporate records, and other organizational records. 

Faith Strapp - Jack of all Trades

Faith was born and raised in Columbus Ohio. She comes from a big family with 7 older siblings. She grew up as an athlete and fortunately gets to continue that journey as a member of the Ohio State club softball team. She is currently a senior at OSU and I will be graduating in May with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She loves learning about how experience can shape a person and using that knowledge to create an inclusive environment around her.

Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors meets quarterly to make decisions about how Leaders of Today should function. Our Board of Directors makes sure that Leaders of Today is functioning within the law and our bylaws.

  • Issy Peterson

    Board Member/Social Sensei/ Marketing Lead

    Issy is currently a senior at the University of Kentucky. Issy is majoring in healthcare communications while earning two minors in sociology and health promotion. As a lifelong leader, her passion for leadership began in 2017 after doing mission work in the Dominican Republic. There she discovered her love for working closely with people, especially young people, and dreams of helping anyone she can. She has taken the leadership skills she has developed throughout the years and implemented them into her daily life.

  • Allie Grosik

    Board Member/Boho Queen

    Allie is a Nationally Certified Counselor, Author, Youth Leader, and YouTuber. She loves thrifting, reading, and enjoying all that central Ohio has to offer (a lot)! She is passionate about helping students of all ages reach mental, social/emotional, and spiritual wellness.
